The Facility

Located in the spacious and sun-soaked lobby, the members lounge is outfitted with modern, architecturally inspired soft lounge seating, as well as communal work tables. Sculpturally intricate lighting hangs overhead, and the relaxing fireplace welcomes members to gather and connect in harmony.

Wrapping around the Group X Studio, the open fitness area consists of Premium Strength, Conditioning, and Cardio Equipment, including: Hammer Strength, Woodway Treadmills, Concept2 Rowers and SkiErg, and SciFit total body exercisers.

Bordered by extended height, floor to ceiling windows to highlight the refined industrial space, the strength training area includes: a full circuit of selectorized machines, LifeFitness and Hammer Strength equipment, 3 sets of dumbells, barbells, bumper plates, and more.

Anchored at the center of UNITY, the Group Ex Studio is encased by floor to ceiling glass walls, flooding the space with natural light. Featuring an elevated instructor stage backed by a mirrored wall, the refined design is carried upwards onto the modern detailed ceiling feature.

Equipped with Far Infrared Yoga Panels, the heated room is stocked with everything you will need to dive deeper into your practice, including: mats and cork blocks from b, halfmoon, bolsters, weighted spheres, and stability balls.

Outfitted with the award-winning, leading design in indoor cycling, each ICG bike in the studio is equipped with the Coach by Color® function to optimize and mazimize the indoor cycling experience. The graduated platform layout faces the raised instructor stage and multiple display screens, while interactive overhead lighting illuminates the spaces for a true boutique-style experience.

Tucked behind the Gymnasium, you will find the dedicated HIIT Area. One full wall of mirrors is lined with functional training equipment and accessories, including heavy bags + TRX. Opposite is 90 feet of high-performance turf, complete with 2 sleds, and a modern industrial design throughout.

UNITY’s Gymnasium is a full-sized basketball court, fully equipped with 6 nets, a digital scoreboard, and sound dampening walls. The expansive space doubles as 2 full-sized pickleball courts – where both open gym time and league play are scheduled.

The 2-lane indoor saltwater pool offers 79.5 feet for members to dip into. Textured tiles reach up the walls for a sense of tranquility, perfectly elevating this highly sought after space. The pool will offer times for lane swims, private swimming lessons, and is equipped with an accessibility lift.

The modern, refined design continues into the changeroom areas, where members can refresh and reset after their daily movement. Contemporary keypad lockers store personal belongings, while towel service and bathroom supplies are provided for members to take full advantage of the shower and beauty stations.

For ages six weeks and up, the childminding area is complete with a play structure and activities for the little ones to get their movements in while their parents or caregivers do the same.
