HIIT + Run

HIIT + RUN is a dynamic class, where we split our time between the treadmill and the studio floor, giving you the best of both worlds. We kick off with 30 minutes of treadmill training, working towards the ultimate target: a 5k in 30 minutes, then head into the GroupEx studio for a focused core and leg strength session. This part of class zeroes in on the muscles that matter most for runners — think glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, and core — helping you run faster, stronger, and injury-free. All levels welcome — you set your pace!
