STRENGTH IN UNITY with Coach Charles (up to 6 people)
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12 PM

Strength in UNITY is a structured, small-group training experience designed to build confidence in the weight room.

Ideal for those newer to strength training, this program focuses on foundational movement patterns, proper technique, and progressive loading—removing the guesswork and replacing it with a clear plan.

Each session is coached with intention, helping you develop strength safely and consistently while building a base you can rely on.

If you’re looking to feel more comfortable, capable, and consistent in your training, this is where you start.

8-week program – 2 sessions per week – $640 pp +tax.


THE BIG 3 with Coach Charles (groups of 4)
Tuesdays | 6 PM

The Big 3 is a barbell-focused training session built around the squat, bench press, and deadlift.

Designed for those ready to take a more intentional approach to strength training, this program emphasizes technique, control, and progressive improvement across the three most effective compound lifts.

You’ll learn how to move efficiently under load, understand proper setup and execution, and build total-body strength in a structured, coached environment.

Whether you’re new to barbell training or looking to refine your form, this is where strength becomes measurable.

LADIES WHO LIFT – GLUTE SERIES with Coach Maila (Groups of 4-6)
Mondays 5 PM | Thursdays 1:30 PM

Ladies Who Lift is a high-energy, supportive strength training experience focused on lower-body development and confidence in the weight room.

This glute-focused series combines targeted programming with expert coaching to help you build strength, improve technique, and train with purpose.

Beyond the physical results, this is about creating space—where you feel comfortable lifting, progressing, and showing up consistently alongside a strong, like-minded community.
